We dispatch your order in 1-2 business-days.

Please note that this excludes orders containing "Pre-Order" items. These orders are shipped in full once restocked (find the restock date in the Product Title).

Shipping to Australian Addresses:

We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $200.

Standard Shipping: $12-$16

Express Post: $16-20

Packaging

Each Bag is packaged in a beautiful The Organised Parent branded drawstring bag.

We ship our products to you (the customer), in our The Organised Parent branded Eco-Friendly Biodegradable Shipping Bag. 

We do not include invoices in your order to minimise paper, however, we do include a thank you card. 

Error with an order

Incorrect address

We use an automated system that creates labels in Australia Post using the exact address you have entered into the checkout.

Due to the high volume of orders and our fast processing times, we are unable to change your address after you have checked out so please double check that you have entered the correct details. If you live in a unit or apartment, please ensure that you clearly state your unit/apartment number.

If you have entered the wrong address at the checkout, please contact us at hello@theorganisedparent.com immediately with the subject title "URGENT-WRONG ADDRESS" and we may be able to change it before your order has been processed by our warehouse team.

If your product has already been posted, we may be able to recall the parcel via Australia Post if it is still in transit and resend it. Please note in this case, any additional postage costs will be charged back to you.

Order edits

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unfortunately unable to edit any orders after they have been processed.

Order edits that we are unable to perform include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Change of address
  • Change of product/s
  • Change of shipping method
  • Combining multiple orders placed

If you need to exchange a colour, you are able to do so per our 30-day change of mind policy.
